Paul Davis Obituary

Paul Allan Davis, 89, of Greensburg, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2025. Born Nov. 25, 1935, in Youngwood, to Paul L. and Edythe B. Davis, Paul grew up in Greensburg and graduated from Greensburg High School in 1953. He graduated from Gettysburg College in 1957, with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. On June 14, 1958, he married Barbara Elaine Park, of Southwest Greensburg. Paul and Elaine had three sons: Jeff, Randy, and Chris. Paul served in the United States Army Reserves and Air Force National Guard from 1957 until 1963. Paul was employed by West Penn Power from 1956 until he was retired in 1996. He enjoyed photography, and photographed many local weddings and special events. He also enjoyed singing: he and Elaine were Charter Members of the Westmoreland Choral Society. He was a Licensed Amateur Radio Operator, callsign "N3OBJ". Paul was predeceased by his parents; by his wife Elaine on Sept. 1, 2022; by his daughter-in-law Karen Davis (wife of Jeff) in 2022; and by his sisters Lillian Mensch and Doris Sarver. Paul is survived by sons Jeff and Randy, both of Greensburg, and son Chris and daughter-in-law Jacqueline Davis, of Beaver Dam, WI. Paul is also survived by the joys of his life: Granddaughters Hannah Davis-Reid and husband Shane of Virginia, and Molly Davis of Ohio and Wisconsin, both daughters of Chris and Jacqueline. The Davis Family thanks Bridges Hospice and Saint Anne's Home for their compassionate care, and also William Robb and his Family for their friendship during Paul's stay at Saint Anne's. Per Paul's wishes, all funeral services through KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, Greensburg, will be private. For online condolences and information, please visit www.kepplegraft.com.

Our deepest sympathy to the family. I sang with Paul and Elaine for many years with the Westmoreland Choral Society. We all enjoyed the trips we took together with WCS, and have wonderful memories! May God bless all of you at this time.

Paul and I grew up together in the neighborhood - went through Grade School and High School (GHS), but then lost contact as I went to college in Illinois, and later moved to the Pacific Northwest where I now live in Oregon. Some of our childhood friends wee Dick Trout,
Homer Hull and Ralph Greenawalt . Please accept my sincere Condolences at this difficult time.

Randy, Jeff, Chris and family. Sincerest condolences on the passing of your loving Father. We now find comfort in knowing both our Fathers have begun their new life with Christ and reunited with their loved ones. Randy-it was truly a pleasure seeing you at my Father´s viewing. How heartfelt it was for me for you to share your time and compassion. God Bless!

Jeff, Randy, Chris and the Davis family, you have my deepest condolences on the loss of Paul. He has been reunited with your mother, other family members and friends in God´s Kingdom.
Your father and mother were great church leaders at Westminster Presbyterian Church when I was there (before the move).
May the Lord pour out His grace, peace and comfort during this time of loss.

Jeff, Randy, Chris and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very difficult time. I am so very sorry for your loss. I very much enjoyed talking with your dad while I worked at the credit union. I also sang with him and your mom in the Westmoreland Choral Society. We had such wonderful times. He will truly be missed.

Deepest sympathy to all of Paul's family. He was a cousin and I was in his and Elaine's wedding. After I moved to California I only had sporadic contact with him but we did share genealogy info on the Davis family from time to time. May God bless him and may he rest in peace.

Thinking of you and wishing you moments of peace and comfort during this time. Sharing in your sadness as I remember Paul. I knew him while working at Cabin Hill and as a long time credit union member. Sending healing prayers during this journey. I am so sorry for your loss.
