Peggy Giaquinto

Peggy Ann Giaquinto, 91, of Jeannette, passed away Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025, in the Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville. She was born Sept. 10, 1933, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Cecil and Nettie Fisher. Peggy was a member of the Ascension Church, Jeannette, and the churche's women's bowling and bocce leagues and loved cooking and baking for her family. In addition to her parents, Peggy was predeceased by her husband, Jerome A. Giaquinto in 2021; brothers, Paul, Foster, Donald, Johnny, and Therman Fisher; and a sister, Betty Shaneyfelt. She is survived by her son, Tony Giaquinto and wife, Lori of Warrington PA; grandchildren, Anthony Giaquinto and fiancee, Ashley Wilkinson, and Daniel Giaquinto, wife, Jenna; and great-grandson, Patrick; nieces, Vicki Manthey, Karen O'Connell, and Carol Pacek; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2025, in the JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 228 North 2nd St., Jeannette. A funeral liturgy will follow at 11:30 a.m., in the funeral home chapel, with Deacon Bill Wilson, presiding. Interment will take place in the Westmoreland Co. Memorial Park Mausoleum, Hempfield Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ascension Memorial Fund, 615, Division St., Jeannette PA, 15644.
