Peter was my platoon leader in cadets at school. He was a natural leader a really interested and interesting young man. I am sure this would have done him proud into adulthood VALE Acko.

We mourn the passing of our esteemed colleague and dear friend, Peter. A formidable lawyer and exemplar to his professional peers, he pursued the interests of his clients with determination, integrity and impressive forensic skill. To opposing practitioners, he extended unswerving courtesy and respect and his command of the complexities of common law damages litigation was masterful. A kind, warm, intelligent, sensible and decent man, Peter will be sorely missed by us and those who are privileged to have known him. The legal profession is vastly poorer for his passing. Our deepest sympathies are with Mary and Peter's family at this very sad time.
