Peter Spino Obituary

Peter A. Spino, 88, of Greensburg, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, in St. Anne Home, Greensburg. He was born Oct. 25, 1932, in Greensburg, a son of the late Domenico and Angelina (Emmanuele) Spino. Prior to retirement, he had been a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jane N. Spino, on Feb. 18, 2020; five sisters, Carmella, Victoria, Rose, Emily and Pasqualina; six brothers, Anthony, Pascal, Frank, James, Michael and Dominick; stepdaughter, Beth A. Jackson; and six nieces and nephews. He is survived by his son, Peter Vincent Spino (Jill Chou), of San Diego, Calif.; stepdaughter, Laurie J. Laucher (John), of Pittsburgh; four grandchildren, Domenic Emmanuel Spino and Siena Rose Spino, both of San Diego, Calif., Mark A. Sawinski (Kristin), of Greensburg, and Luke J. Laugher, of Huntsville, Ala.; and 26 nieces and nephews. Due to current health restrictions and occupancy limits, visitation and funeral service at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 516 Stanton St., Greensburg will be private. Private entombment will be in Westmoreland County Memorial Park Mausoleum. www.bachafh.com.
