Ranata Kliemchen Obituary

Ranata J. Kliemchen, 75, of Tarentum, passed away Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, at Quality Life, Apollo. She was born Sept. 26, 1950, in Benton Harbor, MI, to the late William and Ruby (Casey) Kliemchen. Ranata previously lived in Indiana for 37 years and moved to Pennsylvania in 2021. She was a self-employed massage therapist and a member of the Unitarian Church. Ranata was a graduate of Eau Claire High School in Michigan and graduated from Lake Michigan College. Ranata was a seamstress and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, TV, cooking, and baking. She especially enjoyed her family, children, and grandchildren. Survivors include her daughter, Christina R. (Ruben) Cortez, of Tarentum; grandchildren, Devon Cortez and fiancee Baylee, of Vandergrift, and Karsen Cortez, of Tarentum; and great-grandson, Logan, of Allison Park. Also surviving are her sisters, Renea (Frank) Nelson, of Kokomo, IN, and Renell (Steve) Fink, of Manistique, MI. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth J. Lasinski.
