Sandy Lee Alexander, 68, of Ligonier, died unexpectedly Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024, at her home. She was born April 30, 1956, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late Stephen and Evelyn Forsythe Yenchi. Sandy was a dedicated employee for 31 plus years for Life Remembered, where she had worked with her daughter, Melissa. Her family, work family, and her dogs meant everything to her. Sandy is survived by her daughters, Melissa Hedrick (Travis) of Latrobe and Brandy Myler (John) of North Huntingdon; her brother, Steve Yenchi (Chris) of W. Leechburg; sister, Windy Burtner (Bird) of Westmoreland City; grandchildren, Evelyn and Mitchell Myler; nieces, Marcia Cole (Jodi) and Kimmy Mathews (Bruce); and nephew, Bob Burtner (Suzette).
