Suzanne Pore, 89, of Penn Hills, on Monday, July 8, 2024. Beloved wife, of 57 years to the late Donald Pore; loving mother of Donna (Bob) Rentler, Janet Swartzfager, Carol Pore, David (Michele) Pore, Laura (Richard) Kallenbaugh and Barbara (Rick) Graham; devoted grandmother of Andrew (Kristi) Pore, Thomas (Missy) Pore, Heather (John) Mauthe, David (Brittany) Pore, Barry (Brittany) Swartzfager, Samuel (Alyssa) Swartzfager, Jay Kallenbaugh, Dana (Steve) Nese, John (Falan) Rentler, Cassidy (Jon) Gratton, Trista (Greg) Huth, and Haley Graham; great-grandmother of 23 great-grandchildren Blake, Todd, Keilan, Emma, McKenna, Olivia, Delaney, Jase, Turner, Allie, Ryan, Beckett, Gabriella, Luke, Andie, Luca, Kennedy, Zoey, Hudson, Marco, Reagan, Madison, and Benson; sister to Don (Annie) Faust; also survived by nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Donald A. and Letty H. Faust, she was preceded in her passing by her beloved aunt, Edna (Carl) Elsner; son-in-law, Randy Swartzfager; two great-grandchildren, Archie and Alfie Pore; a sister-in-law, who she considered a sister, Dorothy (Fred) Hornung; and her lifelong best friend Barbara (Harry) Getz. Suzanne was a member of Unity United Presbyterian Church, where she served as a MOPS mentor, was a member of the RUTH circle, and active in the Women's Association. Suzanne had a love for reading and books. She enjoyed participating in several book clubs. Suzanne wanted to acknowledge Neal Sr. and Marion Bulger, who set a good example on how to be a good wife and mother. She was proud to be a mother and homemaker. After her children were grown, she worked at Horty, Springer & Mattern law firm. "All smiles, no tears." Friends received, Wednesday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at SOXMAN FUNERAL HOMES, LTD., 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road) Penn Hills. Additional visitation will be held Thursday, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. A Service will be held, Thursday, 11 a.m. in Unity Community Church.
