Terry Bell Obituary

Terry Paul Bell, born to George and Elizabeth Bell on March 5, 1947, passed away on Nov. 14, 2025, with his family surrounding him at UPMC Presbyterian after a hard-fought battle with heart disease. Terry honorably served his country in the United States Navy and worked at his family business in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with his brothers until 1996. He was preceded in death by his brothers, George (Gladys) Bell, Jim (Annette) Bell, and Richard "Dick" (Nancy) Bell. Terry was happily married to Kay (Fagan) Bell for 55 years; they owned and operated a long-term care community for 20 years. Terry, affectionally called "Pap" by his family, was the proud father of Michael (Pam Zeigler) Bell and Nicole (Mark) Waugaman. Pap was dearly loved and cherished by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Tiffany (KC) Fread, proud parents of Caleb and Nolan; Doug (Caroline) Zeigler, proud parents of Josie; Trevor (Kaitlyn) Bell, proud parents of Olivia; Lucas (Haley Linsenbigler) Waugaman; Melina (Drew) Lindholm, proud parents of Theo; Paul (Katelynn Powell) Waugaman; and Sadie Bell. The family would like to thank the staff at both UPMC East and UPMC Presbyterian for the wonderful care that Terry received during his last days of his life, especially the team at UPMC Presbyterian CICU. A celebration of life will be held for Terry's close loved ones on a date to be determined. VAIA FUNERAL HOME INC., 463 Athena Dr., Delmont, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
