Victor E. Robb

1930 - 2025

Victor Eugene Robb, 95, of Harwick, died Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, while on hospice care at Quality Life Services in Sarver. Born Sept. 15, 1930, in Dorseyville, he lived in Harwick for the last 65 years. For 44 years he worked for several engineering firms in Pittsburgh, spending the last 20 years as a technical writer. He retired in 1992 from Eichleay Engineers Inc. Mr. Robb was a former president and former member of the Board of Trustees of the Springdale Free Public Library. He was also a former member of the Butler County Historical Society, Brady Family Association, and Civil Service Commission and Zoning Hearing Board for the Township of Springdale. He was a member of the Dorseyville Christian and Missionary Alliance Church but also frequently attended Rock of Ages Alliance Church in Acmetonia. He enjoyed each member of his family, being with them at the annual family camping outings and traditional holiday celebrations in his home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Thomas Robb; his parents, Floyd and Edna Hoburg Robb; and a sister, Charlotte Kiley. Survivors include two sons, Dennis (Mia) Robb and Brian (Sandy Dulski) Robb; two daughters, Donna (Scott) Becker and Patricia Robb and her friend, Carlene Nicolaus; five grandchildren, Brett (Jacque) Robb, Jennifer (Daniel) Robb-Lauzon, Alicia Hardin, April (Curtis) Robb-Funkhouser, and Renee (Ronald John) Robb-Walters; as well as 12 great-grandchildren. A special note of thanks goes out to neighbors Greg and Tammy Rearick and the workers at UPMC St. Margaret's Hospital, Quality Life Services in Sarver, and Bridges Hospice Care. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, at Dorseyville Alliance Church, 3703 Saxonburg Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, with Rev. Mark Conklin and Rev. Dennis Robb officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township, with a funeral luncheon to follow back at Dorseyville Alliance Church.
