William A. Brown Greiner, 103, of Reserve Township, died Saturday, March 11, 2023. He was the beloved husband for 54 years of the late Margaret F. (Ritter) Greiner; father of Bill Greiner (Karen Schilken), Kathy Miller (Frank "Punky"), Patty Greiner (Brunner), Ken Greiner (Jane), Susie Schuler (Alan), Bob Greiner (Debbie) and Nancy Greiner Sisinyak (Joe); brother of the late Margaret King, Helen Smoeller, Marion Dvorabic and Richard Greiner; and is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Services will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME INC., West View. Bill was a World War II Navy veteran, where he served on a sub chaser in the North Atlantic. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 12 for 77 years, in which 18 of those years he served as a business agent. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed his garden. Bill loved to dance and was always the life of the party. Bill cherished his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank all the caregivers at the Haven of North Hills Personal Care Home and for Bonnie and Slip's friendship. Also, special thanks to Chris Radke. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to a charity of your choice.
