Andrew T. "Andy" Kubiak, 54, of Allegheny Township, passed away Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016, in Family Hospice and Palliative Care, Mt. Lebanon, with his loving family at his side. He was born March 19, 1961, in Pittsburgh. Andy was the general manager of the Harmar Car Wash for 35 years until it closed in 2013. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with all his friends at the Stadium, New Kensington. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerard Joseph Kubiak; and his grandparents. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Edie Martin Kubiak; his mother, Kathleen (Ron) Loughlin Kubiak Bussard; children, Jodie (John) Cintron, Jay (Courtney) Martin and Josh (Zack) Vojt; grandchildren, Kelsey (Ryan), Mark "Dee," Jakob, Hunter and Aidan; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jackson; and siblings, Gerard "Joe" (Carol) Kubiak, Kevin (Jackie Stoltz) Kubiak, Harold (Tanya) Kubiak, Brian Kubiak and Tracey (Rob) Miller.
Family and friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2016, in the JOSEPH J. CARDARO FUNERAL HOME, A Service Oriented Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave., New Kensington, 724-337-3325. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016, in the funeral home with Pastor Charlie Rousey, associate pastor of Harvest Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.

What a great loss this world has suffered with Andy's passing. A loving, caring man who knew not how humble he truly was.
