I Used to See Chuck one day a year at Rillton VFW when he would Bartend on I want to say Labor Day if I am not mistaken. His brother was an officer there and for Freddy, it was "His" Holiday haha, But anyway, I would always get there really early so I would be able to sit and talk to Chuck before the crowd got there and we could shoot the bull and catch up about the years happenings. I haven't been a member there in a few years but never forgot about Chuck and every September, I thought about how he was. You would be hard-pressed to find a better guy, that I know for sure. Miss you Chuck
