Cindy A. (Silvis) Morrison, 72, of Greensburg, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025. She was born Nov. 1, 1952, in Greensburg, a daughter of Lorena (Long) Silvis and the late Charles H. Silvis, Sr. Cindy had previously lived in Erie for 25 years. She was a member of the Pennsylvania Steelhead Association, the National Wildlife Federation, the Nature Conservancy, and the ACLU. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Morrison; and three brothers-in-law, Randy Geary, James Morrison, and Mark Morrison. In addition to her mother, Cindy is survived by her daughter, Kate Patton (Bryan); two grandchildren, Brayden Patton (Rylee Niewierski) and Rylan Patton; her brother, Charles Silvis; four sisters, Sandy Geary, Sue Reagan, Loree Silvis (Tony Barbagallo), and Beth Silvis (Jack Summers); her sister-in-law, Patsy Morrison; and several nieces and nephews.
