David Cook Obituary

David A. Cook, 42, of Grapeville, died Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at home. He was born July 28, 1982, in Jeannette, a son of Patti Ritenour, of Grapeville, and the late Harold David Cook. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, David Brown Ritenour and Theresa Ritenour, and an uncle, Donald Ritenour. In addition to his mother, he is survived by three sisters, Tanya Van Dusen, Elizabeth Laddusaw (Andy), and Naomi Cook, and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 N. First St., Jeannette. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025, in the funeral home, with his brother-in-law Pastor Andy Laddusaw officiating.
