Debra A. Venturini

Debra Ann Venturini, 64, of Freeport, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021, unexpectedly, at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. Deb was born Sept. 11, 1957, in Wichita, Kan., a daughter of Elsa (Bunk) Boston, of McPherson, Kan., and the late Charles E. Chaney. After high school, Deb enlisted Army, where she met her husband. She was an active member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, in Sarver. Deb was a member of PAWWS, Home Touch Ministries and Ladies Guild through her church. Deb is survived by her husband of 44 years, Gary A. Venturini; daughter, Melea D. Venturini, of Freeport, and son, Josh J. Venturini, of Leechburg; and her grandson, Jacob Venturini. Deb is also survived by her brother, Larry (Heide) Chaney, of Washington. She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Charles and Chuck Chaney. At the family's request, there will be no public visitation and a private funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver.
