Florence Bowser Obituary

Florence E. (Patterson) Bowser, 82, of Leechburg, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2016, at Pleasant Ridge Personal Care in West Leechburg. She was born May 14, 1933, in Gilpin Township, a daughter of the late Addison B. and Grace B. Prunty Patterson. She was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, crafting and knitting. She was a very devoted Christian and loved time spent at church. She is survived by three children, William L. Bowser Jr. and his wife, Shirley, of New Kensington, Barbara Lorent and her husband, Robert, of Allegheny Township, and Dennis L. Bowser and his wife, Charlene, of West Deer; and six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Bowser Sr., in 2009.
At her request, there will be no public visitation or services. Interment will be held at Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell. Arrangements have been entrusted to the KELLY L. CORRIDONI FUNERAL HOME LTD., 1916 Moore Ave., North Apollo.
