Genevieve Zolnierzak Obituary

Genevieve Zolnierzak, 100, of Lower Burrell, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, in The Seasons of Saxonburg Personal Care Home. She was born June 22, 1921, in Tarentum, to the late Louis and Mary Napierkowski Bohorch and was a lifelong resident of Lower Burrell. Mrs. Zolnierzak was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, New Kensington. She enjoyed cleaning and maintaining her house and taking care of her husband. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanne (Gregory) McMillion, of Simpsonville, S.C.; three granddaughters, Michelle Demma Fuller, Cheryl Demma Hale and Lindsey McMillion Stemann; six great-grandchildren, Justin and Kyle Samoryk, Hannah and Sophia Hale, Olivia Fuller and James Quigley; and sister, Dorothy Rainski, of Tarentum. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kasmier E. Zolnierzak; and siblings, Louis Bohorch, Theodore Bohorch, Mabel Basiorka, Amelia Walkewicz, Helen Bohorch, Helen Bibri and Joseph Bohart.
