Jean Collins Obituary

Jean M. Collins, 55, of Upper Burrell Township, passed away Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Penn Hills on Sept. 30, 1970, to the late John and Margaret Unik Larko and was a security guard for Ohio Security Systems, stationed at A.T.I. in Brackenridge. Jean loved the outdoors, especially camping, fishing, and sitting around a campfire. Survivors include her husband of 10 years, Randall "Randy" L. Collins; sons, Blaine (Janessa Knepshield) Pekarek of Irwin and Ray (Kaila) Pekarek of Avonmore; stepson, Sean (Jodie Billingslee) Collins of Indiana; stepdaughter, Jessica Collins-Pesanski of Tarentum; grandchildren, Wesley, Nora, Kendyll, Tyler, Axel, Jax, Claira, Nevaeh, Bella, Bailey, and Dylan; brothers, John Larko of Vandergrift and Dave (Lisa) Larko of Dubois; and her Golden Retriever, Lilly. Professional services were entrusted to ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., of New Kensington.
