Kenneth E. Penn

Kenneth E. Penn, 59, of Tarentum, passed away Monday, Dec. 20, 2021. He was born Aug. 29, 1962, in Harrison Township, a son of the late George E. and Patricia Penn. Kenneth lived most of his life in Freeport and was a cabinet refinisher for West Interiors for 25 years. Ken was a 1980 graduate of Highlands High School and is survived by his children, Tim (Stephanie) Penn, of Jeanette, Steven Penn, of South Park, Kenneth Penn Jr., of Natrona Heights, Justin Penn, of Leechburg, and Casey Penn, of Russellton. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; and his siblings, Rick (Monica) Penn, of Natrona Heights, Debbie (Kevin) Blakely, his twin brother, Keith Penn, Lisa Wolfgang, all of Greensburg, Bradley (Kelly) Penn, of Butler, and Jennifer (Bradford) Koedel, of Buffalo Township. Ken enjoyed listening to music, especially Pink Floyd. He enjoyed playing horseshoes and going to Lernerville Speedway. All services are private.
