Laurie S. Hohos

Laurie S. "Minnie" (Adamik) Hohos, 66, of Leechburg, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022, in her residence. She was born June 15, 1956, in Kittanning, a daughter of the late Nicholas Adamik and Lois (Heilman) Adamik. Laurie had been employed as a sales associate for Stanford Lumber in Allegheny Township. She was a member of the Leechburg Marconi Club and Leechburg Sokol Club No. 255. Laurie enjoyed reading, going to camp, playing with her beloved cat, Oz, and spending time with family, especially her great-nephew, Silas. Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Aaron J. Hohos, of Leechburg; three sisters, Rhonda L. Clever (Lynn), of Parks Township, Rebecca J. Bollinger (Dinger), of Leechburg, and Jami L. Stange (Mark), of Oklahoma Borough; mother-in-law, Barbara A. Hohos, of West Leechburg; numerous nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Nicki Dunmire; and her father-in-law, William S. Hohos Sr. Friends will be welcomed by her family from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, at the CLAWSON FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTER, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051, prior to funeral ceremonies beginning at 7 p.m. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
