Marvin Dallas Conway, 80, of Lower Burrell, died Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, at West Penn Hospital. He was born March 11, 1942, in New Kensington, to the late Marvin D. Conway and Virginia L. Vigrass Conway, and was a lifelong resident of the local area. He was a Class of 1960 graduate from New Kensington High School and worked for Westinghouse Air Brake for 21 years. Known as most by "Murph," he enjoyed auto mechanics and body work, fixing lawn mowers, fishing and woodworking crafts. Many family and friends have gifts he made in his home woodshop. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Rebecca Lynn Huffman Conway; daughter, Marnee (Scott Feigel) Conway, of La Crescenta, Calif.; granddaughter, Kaliope Feigel; and sister, Sandra Wing, of North Carolina. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at THE RUSIEWICZ OF LOWER BURRELL FUNERAL HOME, 3124 Leechburg Road at Alder Street, 15068. Additional visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Christ Lutheran Church, 5330 Logan Ferry Road, Murrysville, 15668, by Pastor Wayne Gillespie. Burial will be private in Hankey Church Cemetery, Murrysville. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in his name to Christ Lutheran Church. www.RusiewiczFH.com.
