Phil and family, We were so sorry to just hear of your loss. Carol was a majorette with Mercedes; it was a lot of work but a good time too. We were looking forward to seeing you at our 60 th Class Reunion. You two had a wonderful life together. Mercedes was a kind and loving person. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Peltz was one of the most generous and kind people I have ever met. She asked great questions and always left you with a smile on your face. She was a strong woman... And, funny too. She is, without a doubt, one of my mother's best friends. She always provided comfort in difficult times.
Mr.Peltz, Kim, Karin, and Michael - I'm thinking about you and your families as you absorb this incredible loss. Stay strong. Love you all.

Phil, I was your neighbor in Woodstone. Glen and I lived on Boone Drive-2 doors down from Ann Wright. Mercedes and I played in a bridge group started by Ann. I thought Mercedes was such a lovely person. I can relate to your loss since my husband of nearly 50 years died May 17, 2011. I was told about Mercedes by Donna Wedlake who is my dearest friend. She lives about 35 minutes away from Columbia, Tennessee in Hohenwald. Both time, family, and wonderful memories do help.

Dear Phil and Family,
Sad to see the news that Mercedes had passed away, I know you and the children will be lost without her, hopefully your precious memories will sustain you in the future. I have so many memories of our younger days with you both. Be assured she is at peace and resting in the arms of our Lord.
