Rebecca G. Greiner, 77, of New Kensington, died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021, at Platinum Ridge Center, Brackenridge. She was born in New Kensington, May 31, 1943, to the late John C. and Mildred R. Burkett Betzold and had been a lifelong resident of the local area. Becky was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, New Kensington, the Polish Falcons, the New Kensington Hunter's and Fisherman's Club and the Eastern Star. She had worked as a shoe saleswoman for several local shoe retailers. She had also worked as a bartender for The Hunter's and Fisherman's Club and the Falcon Park Social Club. She enjoyed crocheting, crafts and was a Girl Scouts leader. She is survived by her three daughters, Bonnie (Bruce) Baker, of New Kensington, Beth (David) Ostrosky, of Upper Burrell, Brenda (Glenn) Cowen, of New Kensington; grandchildren, Rory Baker, Alison Ostrosky, Andrew Ostrosky and Tyler Cowen; great-grandchildren, Armani Mills, Bella Cowen and Luna Sandfield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Betzold and Janet Baiko. Friends will be received at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021, until time of memorial service at noon at RUSIEWICZ OF ARNOLD FUNERAL HOME, 1400 Fifth Ave, Arnold, PA 15068.
