Born Feb. 10, 1943, in Curtisville, West Deer, he lived in the Valley all his life. A Navy veteran, he served during peacetime and was discharged in 1965. Mr. Cheran was a tree climber for the Davey Tree Service. Survivors include three brothers, George Cheran of West Deer, and Nick Cheran and Robert Cheran, both of Fawn; and three sisters, Elsie Muceran of Florida, Charlotte Lowery of Washington and Judy Potkovich of West Deer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nick and Daisy Donavich Cheran. Visitation and services will be private in the ADAM SIEMIANOWSKI FUNERAL HOME, Starr Road, Russellton, West Deer. Private burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township.
