I will always remember the time he slammed his biology book on my desk to wake me up, we laughed about it when he came on Fridays with all the retired teachers to G&G. May he rest in peace and prayers to his family

Bob and I were so saddened to hear about Sonny. His sister, Delores, married my Uncle Ray. I remember my Uncle Ray would visit there, and both he and Sonny took turns swinging me by my arms in the yard. He was such a gentle man and always had a quiet smile. He will be missed by many. We hope all the warm memories the family has made over the years will help comfort you at this difficult time....With Love and Prayers, Bob and Lori Faletti (Lorraine Owsiany)

Mr. Gatto was my head swim coach when I was in 9th & 10th grade at Kiski Area. He drove me hard my sophomore year which led to a school record in the 100 yard breaststroke and with our medley relay. I can still hear his strong, motivating voice.
I always respected Mr. Gatto. He was truly a good man! RIP.

Mr. Gatto. I had him for phys. ed. / health class. We came to find out that a friend of mine was his cousin, so I got to know him outside of the school setting. As the years passsed you could often find him at his camp, and share a drink and a laugh. A good, hardworking, stand up guy.

Mr. Gatto was my coach and mentor. He was, without doubt, the finest offensive line coach that I had. The techniques he taught me served me in my high school and college careers and as an offensive line coach, myself. He was a great role model and friend. Thank you coach!
