My family and I thank the Lord for the time He shared Rev. Abercrombie with us here in Tacoma. I was a boy while he was our pastor at First Congregational Church of Tacoma and have such fond memories of his leadership and wonderful character. He showed me how to make a boomerang, how to laugh hysterically with good friends, and how to worship Almighty God. The blessings he gave for the meals at our potluck dinners continue to ring in my ears even after all these years. His tender care for those in times of need were, and are, inspiring. Many warm wishes and best regards to the family of this great man. Sincerely, Bill Estep
