Colleen Peters Obituary

Colleen Deloris Sullivan Peters Passed into the loving arms of our Savior on September 27, 2011 in Westminster, Colorado. She was welcomed into the world by her parents Ronald Slater Sullivan and Darlene Winona Johnson Sullivan on September 25, 1961 in Seattle, Washington. She grew up in Tacoma, attended Stadium High School and pursued advertisement illustrating at Bates Technical College. Colleen was very artistic and enjoyed creating beautiful pictures of the life around her. She was a devoted wife and adoring mother. Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Karin Pietzke and half brother Donald Davis. She is survived by her husband Mark D. Peters of Colorado, her son Sean Patrick O'Neill (Ariel) and granddaughter Aurora Rose O'Neill of Scappoose, Oregon, her sisters Maureen Beakley and Patti Sullivan-Long (John), her brothers Ronald Jr. and Michael Sullivan, all of Tacoma, half brother Richard Davis of Portland, Oregon, several nieces and nephews, and by her first love, father of her only child, and longtime friend Patrick P. O'Neill. We will always love and miss our pretty little brown-eyed Colleen. A gathering of love and remembrance will be held at the home of Patrick and Kelli O'Neill, 17314 5th Ave. E., Spanaway, Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, 1-4pm.
