I was honored to drive with Ed at Pierce Transit for several years. His great wit and smile will be with me forever. He came to visit me and all his friends while he was able ... a hug and a handshake ... see you on the other side, my friend....... Clayton

I am very sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I drove with him at Pierce Transit for many years and enjoyed his good nature and humor.

Occasionally, we are graced with the presence of an earthbound angel. They are unable to stay with us for long, but while they do, they bring unprecedented joy and happiness to all they touch. While they are here, we bask in their goodness, and marvel at their contribution to the world. When they leave, we are left with the devastation that comes with losing such a wonderful being..but we must remember, earthbound angels are not ours to keep. They are ours to enjoy, learn from, and behold..until they return home.

I miss you, my buddy
