Kathy and family:
Was searching FB and other places trying to look you both up again after all these years. Recently retired (this year), and came across this. Gosh. Garybest friend in college, and the years that followed, stood next to you both at your wedding, nothing but the fondest of memories from all those years ago, and one of the best, kindest, nicest and most genuine guys I have ever known. Funniest, and most enjoyable to be around also. And obviously a wonderful family man.
God bless, now and always,
Mike Nichols

Dearest Gary, my first best friend, fun, humorous and delightful. I can't believe how lucky I was to grow up with such a wonderful person. I can't imagine birthdays, holidays, game nights or life without you. Thank you for being the best Uncle to my children. They adored every minute with you, laughing around the campfire, and catching fish with you at the lake. We love you and miss you more than words can say, and will hold treasured memories of you in our hearts forever.
