Jerry Foster, of Puyallup, Washington, was born August 2, 1937 in Pocatello, Idaho, and passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Sue; his seven children: David, Debbie Taylor (James, deceased), Rebecca Bean (Matt), James (Michael), Mark (Anjo), Katie, and Meeja Fortie (Scott); his ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; siblings Paul (Cathy), and Amy Hatten (John); and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held June 28th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 13420 94th Ave E in Puyallup. Uncle Jerry served as my bishop when I was preparing to get married. He was the kindest and wisest at that exciting crossroads of my life. I will always remember his spirit. I will miss him and hope I may be able to reunite with him and our family.
