Jim and Jake...It's hard to express the sadness I feel on the loss of Glo, it has truly left a whole in my heart. Glo had a special quality of making everyone feel very special and a magnetic spirit. I will miss our Wednesday coffee sessions, birthday celebrations, happy hours and most of all Glo in general. Glo was an example to all of us on how to live life to the fullest.

My husband and I were riding our bicycles on our "standard" route and arrived at Gloria Lavick's accident scene shortly after she passed away. We were deeply affected by her accident and death as I had almost been hit there a few weeks earlier. Ralph and I send our condolences to her family and friends and feel that we wish that we had known her.

Jim, I did not have the opportunity to know Glo as most did. I lived her adventures and awesome good times from stories told by Ron and Pat. It seems as though her energy and quest for living life to the fullest was fulfilled. I know you and your son will miss her very much and the days ahead will be difficult. You certainly have a wonderful extended family, so please lean on them. I am sure they all want to be there for you. I hope you and Lance will look me up for coffee one morning.

So sorry to hear of your tragic loss. Sandra and I send you our deepest sympathy and prayers for peace within your hearts. Such a vital person was Glo. Dear Jim and Jake,
Gary and I are so sorry to hear of Gloria's death. She was such a special and loving person and we know she will leave a huge, empty place in a lot of our lives, most especially yours. We know that you will always remember her awesome smile because when we think of Gloria we remember how she would light up to whomever she was speaking to and made each and every person she came in contact with feel so special. Our prayers are with you.

Glo's smiling face will be missed. She was a ray of sunshine in my classes at Bally's. She was one of the most determined students I ever had to learn Step aerobics...backwards for many months but when she got it-her face just LIT up! I will miss her smiling face and happy words. My prayers are with family and friends.

I know that anyone in this life who had the pleasure of meeting Glo feels blessed. There was something incredible special about this woman, from her winning smile to her warm and caring heart, and not to mention her enthusiastic spirit. She made a difference in our world.

Words can not express my sadness of hearing about Glo's unexpected passing. I will miss her more then I can say in my Wednesday cycling class at Bally. She worked hard in class and always had a smile on her face! She was truly one of the nicest people you would ever meet. The "back row" will never be the same. My heart goes out to her family and friends at this time and the days ahead.
