HOWARD STINE Obituary

Howard Paul Stine On Monday, January 24, 2011, Howard Paul Stine passed away peacefully at the age of 60 after a valiant struggle with cancer. Howard was born on October 9, 1950 in Palo Alto, California to his parents Mary and Howard Stine. In 1973, he graduated Kings Point Military Academy in New York. That same year he moved to Washington State and dedicated over 37 years to the Maritime Industry. He worked for Crowly Maritime and was a member of the Inland Boatman's Union. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn, son Jeffery, beloved granddaughter, Elizabeth, his brother Sheldon and sisters: Marquerite, Dorcas, Freya and Georgie.

Paul will be missed by many,he taught me a lot of things and always was there when you needed help or advise,i cant think of a better engineer in the fleet or better person.

we were so sorry to here of your loss, Paul was a very well respected man. his talents and easy going smile will be missed. please know that the Inlandboatmens union is a better place because of paul. !!!!
