JAMES A. GONGAS

JAMES GONGAS Obituary

James A. Gongas In loving memory of James A. Gongas. Born July 5, 1917 and passed away peacefully on Nov. 9, 2009. We will remember Jim for his passion for life and love for his church. Jim enjoyed fishing, hunting and most of all gardening. He was a hard worker and a member of the Laborer International Union of North America. Jim was preceded in death by his sons Mike & Patrick. He is survived by his sister Helen, daughter Lynn, son James, and step children Paulette, Elizabeth, Jimmy, Gloria & numerous family members. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. We will forever remember your loving smile and sense of humor. My sincere thanks to Aaron, his grandson for all his love and support. A Celebration of Jim's life will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home on Friday, November 20th from 12pm-2pm. in the Celebration of life building.

Jim was my step Dad,I know he was very sad about the deaths of his 2 sons my brothers mike and pat, life is too short ,we never know tomorrow what will happen,so enjoy each day to the fullest and love one another.
