Tacoma, Washington - Jeanne Ann Crowell, 89, went home to be with our Heavenly Father and her husband, Jack, on September 26, 2025. She was born at home in Tacoma, WA on April 10, 1936, to parents William and Vera Petorak and had three siblings, Mary, John and William.

Jeanne grew up in Fife and attended the Fife School District. She participated in sports through the Girl's Athletic Association, joined a variety of activities and clubs, was a cheerleader and a majorette and was a graduate of the FHS class of 1954.

In 1952, Jeanne met her beloved husband Jack. They were married for 67 years and had four children, Vince, Bill, Tom and Katie. They were parishioners at St Martin of Tours Catholic parish until 1999 when they sold their family farm and moved to the Frederickson area and joined St John of the Woods parish.

Their retirement was fun filled. They were Mariner season ticket holders and travelled with the team for many years. They loved to go on cruises and take trips, often with family and friends. What they loved most of all was attending the various activities and sporting events of their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jeanne is preceded in death by her husband Jack, parents and siblings. She is survived by her children Vince (Donna) Crowell, Bill Crowell, Tom (Gena) Crowell, and Katie (Darren) Pederson, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and beloved sisters-in-law Rhea Nagle and Cleo (Dan) Cummins.

Services will be held Monday, October 13th at St John of the Woods parish. Rosary will be at 10:00am followed by the funeral at 10:30am and a reception in the parish hall.
