John James Santos Ulloa John was born June 1, 1970 in Tamuning, Guam to Francisco (deceased) and Joaquina (Santos) Ulloa. He passed away December 9, 2015, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife Thu Thao; their children John S. Ulloa, Jr. and wife Kelly K. Ulloa, Justin P. Ulloa, Jeremy P. Ulloa, and Jannah P. Ulloa; his mother-in-law Tinh Thi Nguyen; three sisters, Kena U. and Steve McAuslen, Katina U. and Dominic Pangelinan, and Karessa U. and Levi Felton; four brothers, Francisco R. Ulloa, Jr., Joshua S. Ulloa, Kevin S. Ulloa, and Joekin and Norla Cepeda; sisters-in-law Bernadette Quintanilla, and Tina Nguyen and Victor Jugo; brothers-in-law Tony Phan, Truong and Marly Phan, and Rolee Nguyen; and numerous extended family members and friends. Public viewing and rosary will be on December 17, 2015, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Edwards Memorial Center, Lakewood, 11020 S Tacoma Way, Lakewood. On December 18, 2015 there will be a rosary starting at 10:00 a.m., funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 14601 A St. S, Tacoma, WA 98444, and burial at 12:30 p.m. at Fir Lane Memorial Park, 924 176th St. E, Spanaway, WA 98387.
