Did you all know that Jolene was a faithful letter writer to us while we served as missionaries from LCCC? She hand wrote, in her beautiful script, many letters to us, sharing news of home, appreciation for us, and encouragement. I always loved it when I saw the blue airmail envelope from her, and kept them and read them over again. I'm sure she heard the Lord say, "well done" when He met her at the open gate! My sympathy to her family. -Kathy Jo Estes, Ecuador (retired)

We have great memories of Don and Josine in our small group some years ago. We shared a love of RV'ing at that time. She was so sad when they couldn't go anymore because of health issues. Hers was a life well lived for Jesus, and now she's HOME! John and I were blessed to know her and Don.

I will miss Josine's smile, always present; her sense of humor and compassion for friends, family and others she encountered in her daily life. She played her music for all and enjoyed every minute: her love for husband, Don, as I knew him from childhood was evident in the way she spoke of him and took care of him. She taught her children to be God loving people and she was so proud of them and her grandchildren. God rest her soul. We will see Josine again and in the meantime, she is out of pain and in our Father's hands. Love you, Josine! Linda B.

I will miss Josine, my good friend and neighbor and former piano teacher of my daughter... She was such a cheery person! We were blessed to have her in our lives!

I took piano lessons from her in 1952-53. Unfortunately i was not a star pupil ( left and right hands didn't work well together) but I enjoyed the lessons and learned to read music which helped when I learned to sing. Rest in Peace Mrs V.
