Our love, thoughts and prayers are with Max, Arta, Steve and their children on the passing of Karla. When my brother called me and left the message of the news yesterday I was so shocked I had to play the message twice before it sunk in. Karla was a spark plug and when God made her He broke the mold. She was one of a kind. God blessed you all for having her in your life.

I was surprised and saddened to find out about Karla's passing. The love and prayers of Gala and I go out to Arta, Steve and the rest of the family. I only wish I had known sooner...

Arta, Steve, Max. I can not express to you how very sad I am to hear of the loss of our Karla Ann, I loved that crazy girl like a sister since she was born. She was the friend that even if we hadn't seen each other in years we seemed to pickup right were we left off our last conversation. My memories are sweet and fun and absolutely wild. Last time I was with her was the first time she had met my husband...no matter...he had to ride in the back of her pick up with the dog while she and I caught up. You have lost a sister and a wife I have lost a life long friend. My heart is with you all. Love you, Connie (Hall) Koster
