Orting, Washington - Kenneth L. Justice, 85, of Orting WA, died October 31, 2024, at Rainier Rehabilitation in Puyallup WA, after losing his battle with Parkinson's.

He was born August 27, 1939, in Eifort, Scioto County, OH to the late Leona M. Walls and Kenneth V. Justice.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son: D. Troy Justice-Federal Way WA. Granddaughter: Regena Kelley-Bremerton WA. Brothers: Roger Cook-Ashland KY, Jesse Cook-So. Webster OH, Richard Cook-Bradenton FL. Sisters: Wendy Stapleton-Knoxville TN, Nancy Wykle-So. Portsmouth KY, and Doris Watts-Bradenton FL.

Ken is survived by his wife of 62 yrs, Margaret (Larson) Justice (aka Peggy), a son: Dean Justice-Orting WA. Nephews: Terry Kelley-Tacoma WA, Bob Kelley-Camas WA. Daughters:

N. Dawn Slattery-Mesa AZ, Bobbie Bock-Florence OR. Brother: Charlie Cook-Grove City OH and Sister: Patty Fraley-Oak Hill OH. 18-grandchildren, 18-great grandchildren and 4-great-great grandchildren. He was our family's sentinel for five generations; respected, loved and will be greatly missed.

Ken was a member of the Lutheran Church of St. Paul, Graham WA. He served in USMC, retired from GTE Bothell WA and was a Reservist with FEMA; all in the field of Telecommunications. Also, enjoyed the diversity of Washington State and took advantage of the opportunities offered by its waterways, snowcapped mountains, and high desert. Especially hunting, fishing, camping with the kids, RVing and annual festivals.

Per his request, there will be no funeral services.

Final resting place here on earth will be Mountain View Memorial Park, Tacoma WA.
