Linnea Stebnitz Obituary
April 5, 1951 - January 1, 2023
Lewiston, Idaho - Linnea Stebnitz, 71, of Lewiston, ID, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023, at her home. She was born April 1951, in Seattle to Harold and Marjorie Leverentz. She graduated from Tyee High School in 1969 in Seattle.
She married Bruce Stebnitz in March 1970, and briefly lived in Milwaukee before returning to the Seattle area. In 2018 she and her husband moved to Idaho.
Linnea was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Her dear mother made sure she knew Jesus and what He did for her. She was a faithful member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Clarkston up until her departure.
The Lord God Almighty has hedged her in all around in a place where sin, evil, the cares of the world and death do not exist. She is alive forever beholding the glory of the Lord!
She is survived by her husband, Bruce Stebnitz; daughter, Carri Bliss; brother, Kevin Leverentz; sister, Karen Shafer; brother, Craig Leverentz; brother, Brian Leverentz; brother, Garth Leverentz; nephew, Scott Shafer; niece, Sarah Leverentz; and niece, Leah Steiger. Linnea is preceded in death by her parents, Marjorie and Harold; her brother, Bruce Leverentz; and her niece, Jaye Coltrane.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 11, at Ascension Lutheran Church, 4501 Waller Rd East, Tacoma, WA 98443, with Pastor Dave Naumann, of Clarkston, officiating. Her husband and daughter welcome all of Linnea's family, friends, and prior coworkers to join them in attending her memorial service.
Mountain View Funeral Home of Lewiston, ID is in charge of arrangements.

I didn't know Linnea but my heart felt condolences go out to Bruce who was my best friend in the early 60s. I'm sure it's a loss that can never be filled. sincerely
