Mabel Heil Obituary

"Together Again" Mabel E. Heil Age 83 passed away 3/16/08 surrounded by her loving family. Mabel was born in Willard, Missouri, but spent her adult life in Puyallup. She was the perfect homemaker, wife and mother. She was known for her cooking and baking skills, especially homemade pickles and cinnamon rolls. She also enjoyed gardening, spending time with family and the slot machines at the Muckleshoot. She never missed a game of any Seattle sports team. She loved her Sonics, Mariners and Seahawks. Mabel's last honored request was to be buried in her Seahawks sweatshirt! Survivors include children:ESusan Piper, Steven (Sherry) Heil, Peggy (Will) Kamstra, grandchildren: Jamie Heil, Kelly, Eric and Megan Kamstra; all of Puyallup. Also sister Rosalie Spray of Bakersfield, California, brother Henry Anderson of Springfield, Missouri and sister-in-law Helen Swanson of Puyallup, and numerous nieces and nephews. She will live in their hearts and memories forever. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 1/2 years, Robert F. (Bob) Heil. Interment services for family will be followed by a memorial service on Friday, 3/21/08 at Puyallup United Methodist Church, 1919 W. Pioneer at 11:00 am. Memorial contributions may be made to the Puyallup United Methodist Church, or a charity of your choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Hill Funeral Home in Puyallup.

Susan...I am so very sorry to hear of your loss!! You were fortunate to have your Mom with you for so many years, but I am sure that does not lessen the pain of losing her. I am glad that she did not suffer and that she is once again with your Dad.
