Dear Webber family,
Mike was very personable, courteous, and always had a smile. He was eager to assist coworkers, was well liked by everyone, and is missed by us here are CRL. The following is a poem that I hope will bring some comfort. God speed to you all.
THE BROKEN CHAIN
We little knew that morning that God was going to all your name,
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

Dear Jerri and Family,
A beautiful service for an increible human being! The love was overflowing in that Church. Many of Mike's fellow co-workers,who could not attend, were there in Spirit. May your heart be filled and healed by the love for your dear, sweet, kind "gentleman".

I dont think a day at work went by that I didn't run into Mike and chit chat a bit...everyone liked him here and he was very good at his job. I remember walking not far behind him down the hall one day at work. Every person that passed, he greeted with a hello and he made each of those people smile. I think that speaks volumns about what kind of a man Mike was.

Please accept my deepest condolences at Mike's passing. We shall all truly miss this wonderful man.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, ""I welcome you.""
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......""My day was not in vain.""
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

It is hard to believe that Mike is gone, he always seemed such an upbeat and caring person. Over the years we shared many a laugh and conversations. It doesn't surprise me that so many people who didn't know him well took the time to express their condolences as I also wish to do. I will be unable to attend the services, but my thoughts and prayers will be on Mike and the Webbers.

I spoke with Mike it seems just a day or so ago . . . he was at the Security Desk out front filling in for someone during lunchtime. I darted in the front door and saw his very trustworthy wholesome smile . . . "GOOD AFTERNOON" he greeted in a very cheerful, smiling voice. I said "HELLLLO, officer" and dashed upstairs. Mike always took time to greet you with a smile whether at the front desk or at our work spaces and was a joy to know. We looked forward to seeing him each day. We miss him. We have become better by working and knowing him. Our hearts are with you.

Dear Webber Family,
I wanted to send my deepest condolences to your family and close friends of Mike. I had the pleasure of working with him for about a year and in that time got to know a friend. He had the biggest heart of anyone I know and was genuinely happy to see everyone and find out what was happening with them. I'm so fortunate to have had the little time I had to get to know him and I wish the best for your family.

It was a joy to work with Mike on a daily basis. Mike was very helpful and did everything with a smile and a small nod of his head, saying he would get to that right now. Mike lived life this summer with great gusto and happiness, he was so thrilled to have taken all the trips and had such a grand time just being with his wife on his time off.
Mike will be sorely missed as a fellow employee. It is with sadiness that I write this. I will miss Mike. Best wishes and may God be with you

My thoughts and prayers are will all of Mikes' friends and family members.
I didn't get to know him very well in the short time I worked with him, but what I did know about him is that he loved his family, and that he was a very pleasant person to be around.
I understand the mental and emotional burden that his family and friends are carrying around now. The loss of a loved one is a heavy burden to bear. Just keep in mind that sometimes, when a burden gets too heavy to carry, it is ok to set it down for a bit of time, and pick it up again later. I am sure Mike would understand; he was that kind of guy.

Jerri and the Webber Family,
I worked with Mike at Charles River, and I can't tell you how much I miss Mike and his smiling face here at work. He would always take a few minutes out of his busy day to talk with me. He was a great employee and a wonderful friend.
He told me more then once how much he loved working here. Because of his job, Mike knew almost everyone here at Charles River and I can't tell you how much he is truly missed here at work.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Jerri and the rest of Mike's family.
