We only just learned and are saddened by Phil's passing. We enjoyed 10 years of his neighborly friendship, our talks, his stories and smile. I'm glad we brought the kids by to trick-or-treat and say hi every year after we moved. We will think fondly of him forever and our thoughts and prayers go out to Barbara and the family.

Phil must have found that stairway to heaven he was waiting for. He was a good friend, neighbor and mentor. Glad he's healthy now. Sure will miss the smile and laughter.

We were so sorry to hear about Phil passing away. He was a wonderful neighbor for all those years we lived in Fircrest. We loved talking with him, especially when we would see each other out on the street. He always had a great smile and had something humorous to say. Our love and condolences go out to all the family. He was one great guy.

My love to you all. What a great man, a great friend to me, and my Pop.
I miss him terribly, however I know he is now healthy, and with those that have gone ahead to heaven, even Fred!
What will I mist most, that smile, the laughs, the hugs, and the ever popular "drive safely, honey".
