Lakebay, Washington - Stuart Eugene Hanson, born in Tacoma in 1937, passed away on March 13, 2022.
Stuart graduated from Stadium HS, the University of Washington with an Engineering degree and USC with an MBA. He is survived by his wife Phyllis Peacock Hanson, sister Jane Williams, children Stuart (Barbara), Steve (Corey), Stephanie (Kevin), Scott (Deshea), 13 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. & Mrs. Eugene Hanson and son, Stanford Hanson (Sandra).
A memorial will be scheduled at a later time.

We are so sorry to hear of Stu's passing. He was our neighbor and friend at the beach. I had known Stu since I was 11. He and Phyllis have a wonderful family. Stu had a great sense of humor, a big smile and a love of his family and friends. We will miss him,

PHYLLIS & FAMILY- We are shocked to hear of Stu's passing, way too early in life. We will always cherish the memories of camping in the early days, beach parties and Peacock/Wekell family gatherings over the years. Stu was a great guy and will be sorely missed.
