URUSLA JOHANSMEIER Obituary

Ursula E Johansmeier Born September 15, 1938 in Tatschkau, Germany left us July 12, 2014. Mama came to the United States in 1958 and moved to Tacoma in 1972. Becoming a citizen on May 17, 1994 was a great joy to Mama. She is survived by her brother Kurt Hentschel of Maihbernheim, Germany, son Charles A. and his children, daughter Annette (Jim) VandeBerg and their daughter Samantha, nieces Jeanette (Mike) O'Brien and children, Ellie (Greg) Thompson and children, grandchildren Jacob, Andrew and Stephanie Johansmeier living in Maine. Ursula was preceded in death by her mother Martha, father Herbert Hentschel, her son James of Maine, sisters Heidi Sargent and Rita Williams. She was working at Costco as a food demonstrator for CDS. Mama will be missed by her family and the many friends she had. We are planning a service in September. Arrangements were made at Mountain View Funeral Home.
