Ryan Johnson Obituary
Ryan was an on-road supervisor for UPS in Louisville. A member of Northside Christian Church, he was a University of Louisville graduate and had been a cheerleader for the Cardinals. He also was a cheerleading coach for Gymtyme in Louisville and an avid sports fan, wakeboarder and snow skier.
Survivors include his wife, Amanda Winders Johnson of Sellersburg; son, Bexley Johnson of Sellersburg; parents, Mike and Jean Johnson of Seymour; sister, Kim Johnson (Scott) Sullivan of Brownstown; niece, Addison Sullivan of Brownstown; and grandparents, Don and Joan Johnson of Brownstown.
A funeral service was conducted at 1 p.m. Oct. 7 at Northside Christian Church, New Albany. Visitation was from 1 to 8 p.m. Oct. 6 at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bexley Michael Johnson College Fund or the American Cancer Society.
