Terry Cossell Obituary
Mr. Cossell was a mechanic and a jack-of-all-trades. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a resident of Jackson County all his life.
Born Jan. 6, 1956, in Seymour, he was the son of Kenneth Cossell and Mary Jane Locke Johnson. His father survives in Indianapolis and his mother survives in Seymour. He was married for 13 years to Crystal Robinson, who also survives.
Other survivors include his nine children, Jerry Wayne Cossell, Columbus, Angela Kay Spencer, Columbus, Maria Laverne (Anthony) Breeden, Kentucky, Lisa Sue (Mitch) Patrick, Columbus, Jami Melissa (Timmy) Fields, Columbus, Samantha Anderson, Seymour, Terry Wayne Cossell Jr., Seymour, Devin Lee Robinson, Vallonia, and Dakota Levi Cossell, Vallonia; step father, Calvin Johnson, Seymour; one brother, Rex (Connie) Locke, Edinburgh; two sisters, Mona (Butch) Black, Seymour, and Vickie (Curtis) Burns, Seymour; 15 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by two grandsons; one step father, John Shoultz Sr. and one step brother, John Shoultz Jr.
The Rev. Chris Criminger will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia. Burial will follow at Vallonia Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cossell family.

To Terry's family, we are deeply saddened by your loss and you have our most sincere condolences. We have done business with Terry for a lot of years and to us, whenever he showed up at the yard, he was always "one of the good guys". We enjoyed seeing him come in and knew we would get a smile and laugh almost every time he showed up. Again, we are deeply sorry for your loss.
