Kendrick Samuel Obituary
SAMUEL - Kendrick Q. Samuel was born Feb. 2, 1984, to Linda Morgan Samuel and Kenneth J. Samuel in Brunswick, Ga. He attended Camden County High School and Okefenokee Technical College in Waycross, Ga., where he obtained a degree in welding.
He loved travel welding. He traveled the United States, seeing many beautiful places. During his travel, he experienced ice fishing, even acquiring a taste for elk and bison burgers. He was an avid, diehard Georgia Bulldogs fan. Anyone that knew him knew his love for his Dawgs.
Kendrick enjoyed spending time with family – especially Sunday dinners where he earned the name "Carryout King." He was always the life of the party, constantly joking with brothers Brian and Risharda that he was the favorite son who both argued it was them that was the favorite.
Kendrick's big personality and comedic humor touched so many lives far and near. He was also a great debater for the good, never argumentative. He was a member of The House of Prayer in Woodbine, Ga., but got his start in The Word of God under the late Mary Etta Stocks at Camden Street Church of God in Woodbine, Ga.
On Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, Kendrick went on to be with his heavenly Father confirmed by his nephew Ayden saying, "You know I ain't never gonna see my uncle pig again, but Jesus got his hand."
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving and devoted mother and father; son, Kendrick Q. Jones; doting, devoted sisters, Tamika, Yukie Hartsfield and Senequia Albertie (Corey Sr.); loyal, amazing brothers, Kenneth Jr. (Sam), Risharda Sr. and Brian Sr. (Dominique); grandmother, Mamie Samuel; grandmother, Lola Morgan who preceded him in death; uncles, Lonnie Samuel, Otis Morgan, Danny Morgan, Kacy Morgan and Anthony Walker; aunts, Sharon Hill (Kenneth) Shirley Russell and Bertha Mathis; nieces, Shania, Kai Ree, Morgan (Noogi), Kylie, Shayla, Jaylee and Je'Myrakle; nephews, Jarmani (Joe), Kenneth III, Kysean, Corey Jr. (CJ), Christopher, Jaylen, Nasir, Brian Jr. (BJ), Risharda Jr. (RJ), Ayden (Littlebaby) and Kessiah; host of cousins and special cousins, Lamar Morgan (Boss Hog) and Marquel Gilmore (Cuzn); special friends, DJ Glover, Greg Adams, Josh Painter, Cassius Robinson, Marcus Hutchinson, Robbie Manigault and Steffon Reed; his friends and barbers, Keon Weton and Sincere; and a host of other relatives and friends.
