Kathleen Debranski Obituary

Kay (Kathleen) Debranski, (Keeney), passed to final glory on April 26, 2024. Beloved wife of Ron Debranski, mother of Ron II, (Andrea) and Deborah Crawford. Grandmother of David (Jade) Crawford, Jake Crawford, Andrew (Caitlin) and Lauren Debranski; Great-grandmother of Ellie and Justin. Kay Debranski lived a faithful life and loved nothing more than spending time with her family, especially on vacations in VA Beach that often included her sister, Mary Alice (John Zittle) and family, Dave (Marg) Keeney and family and Richard, (Bridget) Keeney and family. She is also survived by her brother, David Keeney. She was born in Akron Ohio to Arthur and Helen (Dannemiller) Keeney and also raised by her stepmother, Mabel Keeney. Kay Debranski graduated from Our Lady of the Elms where she was class president. She then attended Duquesne University before marrying and starting a family. Kay Debranski was a medical transcriptionist and also the Secretary of the Akron Grocery Company and Rodeka Sales, Inc. Her family especially thanks Agape Hospice. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church on May 3, 2024 at 11:30 A.M. There will be a reception for friends and family afterward.
