Richland, Washington - Bethany (Rico) Lowe, 47, of Richland, WA, graduated to heaven on July 27, 2022. Fierce, loyal, a warrior and protector of those she loved. She is survived by her mother Jean; three sisters Charity, Hannah, and Angela; seven children including David, Caleb, Joyce, Jonathan, Charlie, and two younger children. She will also be missed by her boyfriend Andy and his daughter Justice. She was a friend and ally to many. The world is brighter for having known her.
