Spokane, Washington - Chenoa passed away peacefully on September 13th 2022. She will forever be missed! Chenoa was a wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and aunt who was loved by many. She will be remembered for her smile and laughter and her want to make people happy. She loved her children and family more than anything and wanted nothing but the best for them. She leaves behind her husband, Victor Sr, Children; Alija, Gabrail, Alex, Saige, Victor Jr & Jazmyn, her dad Randy (Jennifer) Smith, her mom Nancy (Rob) Delp, Grandparents Victor (Norma) Smith & numerous brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews.

I miss my mommy a lot but I know she is not hurting anymore. I know she is looking down on my family and I. I love my mom a lot but am grateful she is not hurting anymore. She is not sick anymore.
